Rotating pulverisers come standard with twin rotation motors for extra torque; an overpressure safety device and in‑line filters protect your carrier. Both upper and lower jaws are built entirely from exchangeable wear parts, making welding largely unnecessary and reducing fatigue in the base material. COMBI-JAW:
Jaw-type for primary demolition.
Jaw-type made for demolition of structures made of reinforced concrete with a high percentage of ferrous materials and cutting steel structures.
A C-jaw gives the best combination for demolition of concrete and steel. The ripper tooth brakes the concrete and the long cutting edges are perfect to cut steel. DemaGuide-System – Shear arm guiding system.
DRD
DEMOLITION JAW:
Jaw-type for primary demolition.
Jaw-type made for demolition of heavy concrete structures.
Cutting edge in the back of the jaw to cut steel.
Optimal penetration because of combination of ripper and splitting tooth in upper jaw. Big opening and higher closing force.
DRP
PULVERIZER JAW:
Jaw-type for primary and secondary demolition.
Jaw-type made for pulverising after or during thedemolition job. Cutting edge in the back of the jaw to cut steel.
Optimal penetration because of ripper tooth in teeth plate (moving jaw). “Over-closing” of moving jaw in lower jaw for optimal separation of concrete and rebars. High productivity because of power and speed of DemaPower-System (DR-series)

How does the patented DemaPower System boost the power and cycle speed of Demarec tools?
The four chamber DemaPower cylinder delivers about twenty five percent more closing force and cycles faster because two chambers work on the in stroke and two on the out stroke. A double acting speed valve keeps oil moving both ways, so the jaw opens and closes in roughly five seconds while staying within normal excavator pressure.

Every product page and brochure includes a technical specification table that lists carrier weight windows, tool weight, oil flow and pressure. Match your machine to those ranges or ask Demarec service for confirmation. Example: DRG selector grabs cover carriers from ten to eighty tons with detailed specs-per-model.
